1. To begin, click the 'Windows Start menu', select 'Settings', then 'Network and Dial-up Connections'.
2. double-click the 'Make New Connection' icon.
3. A dialog box will open welcoming you to the Network Connection Wizard, click 'Next'.
4. Select the option 'dial-up to the Internet' and click 'Next'.
5. Select (3rd option) 'I want to set up my Internet connection manually', and click 'Next'.
6. Select 'I connect through a phone line and modem' and click 'Next'.
7. Type '08451231712' into the 'Telephone number' box (leave area code blank). Make sure that the 'Use area code and dialing rules box' is unchecked and click 'Next'.
8. Type in your username and password and click 'Next'. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please refer to your Vantech Media welcome e-mail.
9. Type the name for your new connection: 'Vantech Media' and click 'Next'.

The next instructions explain how to setup an e-mail account using Microsoft Outlook Express.

1. Select 'Yes' to 'Do you want to setup an Internet mail account now?' and click 'Next'.
2. Select 'Create a new Internet mail account' and click 'Next'.
3. Type in your name in the 'Display name' box and click 'Next'.
4. In the 'E-mail address' box type the e-mail address that you chose when signing up (e.g. joebloggs@vspeed.net) and click 'Next'. If you have forgotten your e-mail address, please refer to your Vantech Media welcome e-mail, or alternatively contact Vantech Media.
5. From the drop down menu select 'POP3' as the incoming mail server type.
6. Type 'mail.vspeed.net' as the Incoming mail server address, and click 'Next'.
7. Type 'mail.vspeed.net' as the Outgoing mail server address, and click 'Next'.
8. Enter your username and password and select the 'Remember password' box. Click 'Next'. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please refer to your Vantech Media welcome e-mail, or alternatively contact Vantech Media.
9. Uncheck the 'Connect to the Internet' box and click 'Finish'.

To use your new Vantech Media Internet connection, click the Windows Start menu, select Settings, select Network and Dial-up Connections and double-click the Vantech Media icon.
